Our Approach


We understand that choosing an Executive Coach is a very personal choice. Our aim to first fully understand our client's; development goals, business drivers, context and personal style, before recommending the appropriate coach.


All of our engagements start with a coaching contract formed between coach and coachee, which aims to highlight the key coaching goals, areas of focus and benefits to the coachee, their team and their business. This contract is reviewed in a 3 way conversation between coach, coachee and Boss.


Typical coaching engagements may include:

  • 1 to 1 coaching conversations

  • Team observation and interaction

  • 3 way conversations

  • Conflict resolution

  • Action learning programmes
